Best wings ever! The jerk wings are tender and fall off the bone in the most delicious way. Fantastic curry dipping sauce and spicy red sauce, all of which you can buy at local grocery stores. The goat curry and oxtail are both to die for and I can't resist getting a super fresh salad with raisins every time I visit. Run by sweet women, this is my favorite restaurant in Humboldt.

The food was good - at least the parts that were properly cooked. Raw pork ribs unacceptable, salad came after the entrees were consumed and only after repeated requests. Front door was constantly open at 53°F to vent the kitchen smoke - very inviting. The bill reflected the full charge of $200.00, no discount for raw ribs, only a sincere apology of the server, but this culinary experience will not make me get a second taste of Bim.

Had a great dinner at the Taste of Bim last night with my wife. She had the Jerk chicken salad which was good but I had the ginger glazed salmon and it was amazing! Extremely large portion and the quality was extremely good. The server “Debbie” was extremely friendly and helpful. It wasn’t very busy so go and try this place out if you haven’t. It’s a gem in downtown Eureka.

My favorite place to eat in Humboldt. The owners cook everything from scratch and it is always seasoned perfectly. I honestly eat here at least once a week it is so good. My favorite is everything on the menu :) but I love the fish tacos, green banana salad, the roti or the curry goat with mash potatoes they have on the weekend. Prices are very reasonable too for how good it is

The Babyback ribs were still bleeding and they were not able to get them fully cooked. There was bones in the goat stew, thank god I found them before they got lodged in my throat. The Hibiscus smelled and tasted moldy. One of our diners got soaked with all the beverages because the waitress couldn't talk and serve at the same time. The hood apparently doesn't work, because the door was being kept open and it is always freezing in Eureka! The salads were served just in time for desserts. Needless to say, even though the food tasted alright, I will not be back ever!
