When you get in the drive-thru line and arrive at the ordering station, 50 percent of the time the ice cream machine is 'down'. I always want a shake with my order, and if one isn't available I don't want a meal. BUT, you are pinned behind cars in front and behind you, and will waste fifteen minutes waiting to just be on your way. I've suggested more than once that a sign be posted stating that the ice cream machine is down when it isn't functioning, but the best they can do is to post it at the ordering station, which still leaves you stuck in line just to leave without a meal.. what is with these people? The young counter help spills your change all over the counter, turns away to quip cleverly with an opposite sexr high-school age worker.. without offering any apology, and then gets my orders wrong as many times as they get it right, and acts as though they owe nothing in exchange for their paycheck besides talking as fast as possible and handing you the wrong order. They seem to have no job qualifications besides a sense of entitlement. Spoiled white children who feel put upon by having to work for money. Go to Giant Burger on the other end of town. They are nice, and appreciate your patronage.

Not bad as far as McDonald's goes. Sometimes fries are old, sometimes not. Service is good.

Food is not great couldn't barely find my chicken in the chicken sandwich. I think prices are way to much for such bad food. Won't be going back and I live here! Jennys burgets are the better choice.
