Horrible customer service skills over the phone. A real “I don’t give a $@!&” kind of attitude. Poor girl must hate her life at Papa Murphy’s.

Always a quality pie! Our faves are bbq chicken, the hawaiian and papas favorite.

If I can give negative 5 stars I would. 1st lady to answer the phone was very rude.. I called back to add another topping to the pizza and the 2nd lady that answered the phone barely spoke English, and started to speak to me in Spanish. I'm not Hispanic and I don't speak Spanish. I asked to speak to another person to help me, she got upset and hung up on me. I called back 15 min later and another lady answered and told me the other lady doesn't speak English and I should learn how to speak Spanish. I'm sorry, we live I. California, maybe you should learn how to speak English.
