I’ve only been here once so far, but I’d go back in a heartbeat. The food was great. The service was good. Nice downtown location with fairly convenient parking. Try the lasagna. It’s superb!

I have to say, the food was delicious. Unfortunately, that was where the fun ended for my family and me. Shortly after being escorted to our dining arrangements, we were offered water and the common courtesies. From there, we waited nearly a half hour until additional service was provided, and from there it took even longer for the food to be prepared. After the near hour plus of waiting, we received our meals, and to my delight they tasted great. Unfortunately I have to give a 3 star review due to the bad service and delays.

This Italian restaurant has excellent food, with an upscale feel. A nice plus is that there are always fish dishes on the menu. In the spring, they often feature Copper River salmon, prepared in multiple waits. At other times, they usually have baked or grilled salmon and some other fish as well as their excellent seafood fettuccini.

We have been going to Strizzi’s in Pleasanton and Livermore for years. We have also used their takeout service for big parties as well. The food is always very good and we’ve never had a problem with the staff. I would definitely recommend Strizzi’s to anyone who enjoys Italian food.

The food and service is good. The wait can be long at times. During the summer you can eat outside and watch the people walk by.
