Great ambience with nice decor. There was a wait it about 30 mins on a Friday evening. Tables were available, but made us wait. I'm not sure if it was because they were busy or something else. o Great selection of spirits. o Good was great o Service was good

I like this place, but I feel it is misnamed. The whole feel of the place is a whiskey bar. The ceiling is made of whiskey barrel slats. The bartenders are always making whiskey drinks and their specials menu is always whiskey drinks. So why is it called the Beer Baron? Yes, they have a nice selection of beers and the bartenders are knowledgeable about the beers. The cost adds up for beers as they add the tax after (which I hate) so that $7 beer with tip ends up being at least $9. All in all, a solid addition to the Pleasanton beer scene.

Absolutely incredible menu. Every item is total perfection. Servers are more than accommodating and knowledgeable about what they serve. Foods have exquisite flavor and are created with purpose. If you're in the area of any of these locations, this is a MUST visit. You will never regret the time or money spent here. The whiskey collection is second to none and I challenge you to find better service at any other establishment.
