Wonderful ambiance, service and food. A 2 star Michelin experience for half the price. The lobster in mulligatawny sauce was to die for.

You are all idiots for not coming here all the time. No offense. One of the most interesting and well-crafted tasting menus anywhere.

I had an amazing meal here. I won't lie. It was pricey. But I did the tasting menu, and every dish was great. I really enjoyed it. The food was unique and delicious, and the service was excellent. I really liked the decor as well. It was a very cool looking place. I recommend the tasting menu to anyone with a special occasion. And the regular small plates menu also looked interesting and not as expensive.

I had one of my favorite meals ever here last night. I've eaten a fair amount of Sri Lankan food, both in Sri Lanka and in New York City. This restaurant captures the best of that cuisine, and then takes it all these exciting new directions. We did the tasting menu, which included hoppers (a SL staple; these were the best I've had), this lamb curry where all of the flavors were really present and perfectly balanced, a coconut-milk rice celery-root amuse bouche, and ribs in what the chef called a "Sri Lankan barbecue." Several other dishes I could rave about too. The wine pairings were perfect. The interior is impeccably decorated -- very elegant but also comfortable. I could not recommend this place more highly.

Food is good for a bib gourmand but prices are too high for the quality of food and service.
