I have been going to Seven Seas when it was still Godzilla Sushi. So I have been a loyal customer for a number of years. I go there nearly everyday for lunch. During my last visit I had placed my order. A few minutes later I had asked my server if I could change my order. In the past they have been good about doing that. This time the server added on to my original order. I clarified that I wanted to cancel my original order. The server notified the chef and he said he was already making the sushi roll. So basically, I got stuck paying for everything because the chef was unwilling to accommodate my request. Needless to say I was not only upset but highly disappointed. Seven Seas will be losing a very loyal customer because of their server's mistake and their unreasonable chef. Next time I crave Japanese food I will just have to make a special trip to Japantown or walk a little farther away.

Sushi was good. Teriyaki chicken was bad, fatty, could not eat it. Unfortunately doordashed it and it arrived 40 minutes late and cold. So overall bad experience for variety of reasons including overpriced.

Acceptable sushi and the teriyaki chicken was good. Not amazing but not disappointed.
