I got the foot long meatball sandwich for only $4.99 WHAT A FANTASTIC DEAL!!! Go get it!!! And if you're in downtown San José stop by the 2nd & Santa Clara store. Great service and the absolute cutest women making your sandwich just how you like it, and with a pretty smile to go with it. I'm hooked!!!

Nice staff and clean restaurant. Love the sub of the day menu. Breakfast subs are my favorite.

They charge more than other Subways. Only one outlet that hasn't been covered up and they don't want you using it to charge your phone, so they plugged a security device in it. They also charge more for coffee and won't let you have refills... unlike all other Subways. No refills for coffee is un-American. 😁 They skimp on toppings unless you call them out on it. The place seems very clean, but no bathrooms, not even for customers! No unpaid parking after 9am.Since they take EBT here, there are many homeless everytime I've visited. They didn't bother me except some of them are unpredictable. Also on Sunday I came in right after they opened and there were 5 people in line. When I finally got waited on, at 9:20am, she wouldn't let me order the breakfast special. She said it ends at 9am. When I told her she took 20 minutes to serve the other customers. She argued that she knew I didn't come in early enough for the special. They open @ 9am on Sunday! None of the other customers were in before 9am either. Other Subways offer the special for a little later than 9 on Sundays. When I pointed out that it took her 10 minutes just to wait on me, so it certainly did take more than a few minutes more for 5 minutes. She came up with a another excuse. Terrible customer service. This was an older women from India and she might have been an owner as she didn't seem worried that people might issue a complaint.
