I have been here once and loved it. I got their jerk chicken sandwich, although I was tempted to order a couple of other options. Seems to be a busy place. We went here for lunch and the place had good vibes. The sandwich was delicious and I also had their mango-grapefruit fresh juice which I think is very nice. Service was reasonably quick and the staff is friendly. Awesome time here!! Will return.

Like that this place is a fast casual place. They have hot sauce for you to sample was your super delicious. All the stuff for super friendly they keep the place neat and tidy. Portion size was a little bit smaller than expected but not too small. I didn't really like the mac and cheese. But their meat plate was pretty good and the plantain chips were different.

Back-A-Yard is an amazing place. Their food has such amazing flavors, and we haven't had food like this in San Jose too much. The Jerk anything is amazing, but I typically get the Jerk Salmon. It's so good.... Make sure you always get extra jerk sauce! Their ginger beer is nice and strong. Definitely recommend trying this place out!

The boneless spare ribs paired with the Macaroni and cheese is unbelievable. The atmosphere is warm, casual and inviting. And the staff are very helpful. They also have a vast array of beverages unique to the region or at the very least, soft drinks you don't see regularly. Highly recommend the champagne cola. A must visit for lunch or dinner.

Busy place with good food! Only been there once, but the staff was nice and helpful, and my tofu curry with vegetables was really delicious! I'm not actually vegetarian, but my mom is, and I want to bring her here! The wall murals were great. They close early though: 9 p.m.on a Friday.
