Places like this are the reason I can't be a vegetarian. The brunch Breakfast Sandy sandwich was wonderfully smoked brisket and the pulled pork in the Hash Bowl was heavenly. Great service, only waited a few minutes for the food even though the place looked fairly busy. Did I mention they have a scotch cocktail called the Ron Swanson?! What's not to love? I only had a few hours to be in Boulder, and I'm glad I spent some of that here.

The West End Tavern is a local gem. Located on the far west end of Pearl you will find some of the best Buffalo wings in Boulder. This establishment has been featured on multiple foodie television shows. It’s a well known fact that if you’re looking for bourbon, wings or BBQ that you should visit the WET. Prices are fair, especially for Boulder. The location makes the trip special in itself. Great views can be had from the roof. They recently remodeled the top floor making it even better than it was before. It’s been a Boulder tradition for many years and I hope it continues to be so for many more years to come.

Good customer service, good food. Charmingly decorated. It has three stories and can hold more customers than it looks like on the outside. Really good whiskey and bourbon selection.

Lovely meal with live music (Saturday night). We had drinks whilst waiting for a table. Fantastic selection of cocktails and whiskey. Lots of local drinks and food. Great BBQ sauce.

What a great bar. Ben is one of the best bar tenders I have ever come across. Has a great knowledge of whiskey, bourbon and scotch making this one of my favorite bars of all time.
