No Food and No Refund

I placed an order at the Wendy's at 5155 S Broadway in Englewood, CO through the mobile app, because I didn't have time to make food before going to work. When I arrived at the restaurant, 10 minutes after placing my order, I waited for another 10 minutes before I was told that they had not received my order. I showed them my receipt, but they said that they did not have my order. I said that I would either like the food I paid for or a refund. They closed the window and I waited for a few more minutes before I ran out of time and had to go to work without receiving the food I paid for. I contacted Wendy's via a survey, asking to be contacted about my experience. This was 12 days ago and I have still not been contacted or received a refund. I highly suggest getting your food elsewhere.

Sometimes the wait is pretty long. The food is good for a Wendy's. 4 stars because they always forget my spoon when I order a frosty, and my sandwiches come out plain only half the time.

Super fast service. After ordering food I was out in maybe 5 minutes and there were two cars in front of me. This is one of my favorite Wendy's:-)

Everytime I enjoyed this Wendy's location, the food is always hot, the employees are always courteous and kind, and they give me back the correct change. This is a plus in my book because sometimes I get back the wrong change at some of the local fast food restaurants. My favorite item is there chili, secondly I like your taco salads, and obviously like most people I like their Frosty's. Chocolate to be exact.

Tasty hot food, can take a few minutes for your offer to come up especially If the drive though is busy, but it is worth it, the staff is great and they even call you're name so you know you're food is ready.
