Stood for almost 10 minutes with two managers and a cashier just standing around doing nothing. No greeting, just standing there cleaning and messing with the register. Won't waste my time here again.

I was wearing a name tag and the cashier still asked my name and spelled it wrong after I told it to him! Other than that I loved this place! Ordered the Spicy Baja Smash and it was PERFECT! Not too hot, not a weak spice, delicious! The fries are great and even the ice tea was surprisingly great! Worth waiting for their food.

The service is horrible. I ordered my salad with chicken and they forgot to add the chicken. I tried to talk to the female assistant manager and she was very rude. She even tried to charge me extra after I paid for a salad with chicken. I won't go back here ever again.

I have literally never gotten everything I have ordered from here. Not five minutes ago I picked up an order missing multiple burger toppings and a shake. This is highly common from this location, and I have never gotten it from anywhere else from this brand. Every time I correct a server or cashier about missing and wrong items, it is an ordeal where I drag out the receipt and point out exactly what was wrong, usually as an itemized list. "Extra Pickles" does not mean 3 pickle slices. Missing shakes are unacceptable. Servers rolling their eyes when I complain is not acceptable.

I literally have to unpack every to go order because they always get it wrong. I’m done with this place, plenty of other burger palaces in Denver. I emailed the Smashburger hq and they could care less.
