High end, farm-to-table dinner spot I frequent for special occasions. I have never been disappointed by their mains, which change fairly often. The small plates are equally satisfying, but easy to go overboard. Cocktails are fairly priced and some of my favorites in Denver. They also help with the sticker shock once the bill arrives. Reservations needed.

We've been to Beast + Bottle numerous times and it always exceeds expectations. The food is always delicious and anything but common. Last night we had lamb and pork shoulder. The lamb was outstanding as a sausage and the pork was plated to be enjoyed as a lettuce wrap- so good. They also have a very well stocked bourbon bar and the mixed drink I enjoyed was fantastic. We will continue to come to Beast + Bottle when we want to be impressed beyond a simple steak- love this place.

I visited for brunch with a group of friends who were catching up after years apart. We talked for hours and the whole time the staff was attentive and kind, refilling our mimosas and water without us ever having to ask (almost going on 4 hours). The food itself was fresh, and delightful takes on classics. I will definitely be coming back for another meal

Short review : The muscles & broth are so amazing... I can finally forgive Le Central for closing. Yep I said it! Long review : we were a Christmas party of 8 ( including a 3 year old) The staff was attentive the drinks strong and original, the menu is intriguing. This is not the place where you will have a "usual". It's a menu that at first glance seems underwhelming. But each bite reveals something new, something daring, something that will make you want to explore the menu for the hidden treasures that lurk within simple descriptions. Shout out to Kevin. Thanks for a splendid evening. My staff now think I'm brilliant

I’d fly back to Denver for this brunch! This place exceeded all my expectations. It was not too crowded or noisy for a very popular brunch spot and we were not rushed by our waiter. The food was absolutely delicious and the ambience was bright and fresh. The meals are lovingly and delicately prepared. The iron skillet sticky buns are outrageously good. We ordered two for the table and could have had even more. The french fries and citrusy dipping sauce are also divine. You basically can’t go wrong.
