Out of all of the Subway’s I’ve been to, this Subway is the WORST! Let me repeat that, the WORST!! I’ve never experienced anything more crappier then this location. Mostly I go to Subway for Cookies and every Subway I’ve been to they’ve had cookies fully stocked and ready to serve. When I go to this location they either never have them ready, or they only bake 3 different kinds from the 6 to 7 selections they carry. They said that I should’ve came early because they had them all then when it was only 3 o’clock in the afternoon. This place don’t close till 9 PM, so they should have that cookie bin stocked all doggone day till later on towards closing time. When I went in one time shortly after they opened, I asked the manager on duty if they had some cookies ready and she got an attitude with me! She was talking about how she says that they have until 11 o’clock AM to get them out and this was around 10:45Am. Also when I went in another time, one of the workers friends was trying to sell me bud on the premises. No thank you! If I want that then I’ll go to a dispensary! To those who are reading, I highly recommend you going to the Subway in Larimer Square or the one by Emily Griffith. They’ve always greeted me with a smile and never rushed me when placing my sandwich order like the location I’m reviewing. To the owner: You need to stop jacking around and get your restaurant in order, because not only do I get 💩itty service from some of your workers, their not making all of your products that Subway has to offer.

This subway is absolute garbage. I have never come across such rude, disrespectful people in a restuarant. Who ever the old, rude blonde broad is, needs to get over herself. I'm not going to tip some one that rolls her eyes at me while making my food. Oh and not to mention her yelling at us while we were leaving because we didn't tip her. Disgusting. The only person who has been great is Tony. For a subway that's located inside a children's hospital you would think these people would be a little more sympathetic, or at least have some common courtesy.

My children and I went to this restaurant while my sister was having surgery. We waited in the lobby for 10 minutes but heard someone in the back coughing & sneezing. I kept saying hello & even called the store to get someone to come to the front. Finally when a lady named Morgan came out she barely greeted us & did not wash her hands, she just put gloves on. She was sneezing & sniffling the entire time. She clearly had a cold & had a nasty attitude. When she went to reach for the cheese there were flies all over the food. I told her we would not be eating there & she slammed the food into the trash. I will not ever eat at nor recommend this restaurant due to my experience & how unclean it was. We went to another subway that was a few miles away & apparently we weren’t the first customers to do so that evening. I wouldn’t give any stars if I could.

If you enjoy subway sandwiches this is the last place you want to go. The management really sucks the manager Who supposedly taking my order has a terrible attitude and no customer service skills at all. He’s listening to music as he is speaking to customers while he’s on his personal Bluetooth phone . He functions as if the customer is interrupting his day. Very short blunt demeanor. won’t be patronizing this location again.

Sandwiches at this location are excellently prepared by knowledgeable and friendly staff. Great breakfast sandwiches, hot sandwiches, and of course torpedo subs. They have a vast selection of breads, meats, cheeses, and veggie and pepper add one for the decernable palet. Great place to grab a sub downtown with ample and free parking.
