Excessive wait time and they were out of banana milk shake. I understand they were busy but 45min for a car hop. We'll definitely not be back for the after 8 special wasn't worth the wait for the minimal savings. Im sure more staff was need as there was only one car hop employee working. She was very nice just overworked. Milk shake was good.

Food is typical Sonic. Staff have been nice in my experience. But.. This is the single slowest Sonic I've ever seen. I usually have to hit the button 2-4 times just to get someone to answer, even when the place is only half full. Don't expect to be in and out quickly here.

SO SLOW. I've been to this location 3 times, each time thinking that the previous visit was a uniquely bad experience. I was wrong. They are just slow, all the time. It takes about 30-45 min to get your food from the time of ordering. AND they are ALWAYS out of something. First time, out of "all drinks except tea" the second time they were out of onion rings. I'm reading the review below that says they were out of banana, a week later and they're STILL out of banana. Horrible experience.

It's a shame because I really love sonics ocean water and chicken tenders. But this location needs more staff, Everytime you can. Expect to wait 20 minutes but I don't blame the employees as there is usually only like 2-3 in there. I think they should bring in corporate and have this location brought up to sonics standards.

The service is slow, staff not overly friendly. Food quality mediocre at best, not sure why the service was so slow when the food was not warm or fresh.
