This place is amazing! Great service and the food is unbelievable. Being a Colorado native I have never had food like this taste so fresh and amazing! Go to this restaurant and I promise you won't be disappointed! Balcony was very nice and enjoyable.

Best lunch I have had in ages. Everything was splendid and all wait staff were friendly and attentive. Ask Wade the bartender to make you a specialty island drink. The poke and ribs were AWESOME. THANKS TINA.

Brunch was very good. I was surprised how quiet they were when the place next door was so busy for their brunch. The crab cake Benedict was tasty, but I would have enjoyed an egg for each crab cake, not just one for the whole plate. Their mimosas have a yummy tropical flare.

Unfortunately I was not even able to experience the food here. My husband and I planned a walk around the lake and then were going to stop by your place as we were trying new food places near our home. We arrived at 7:41pm knowing they closed at 8pm and was told they close their kitchen 20 minutes before closing. I'm sorry, but you are a restaurant, you close when you close. We just wanted to pick up food. You could have the food ready in less than 20 minutes and we would be out the door by the time you closed. Your hours should state 7:40pm on Monday if that is the time you stop serving. When we walked in they had just turned away one person, then us. That's 3 paying customers in 1 minutes time. Is your business that amazing that you can afford to turn away customers? Shocked, as I've never been turned away from a business before they actually closed.

I want to like this restaurant because Hawaiian food is great and a great way to mix it up from the abundance of Mexican and American restaurants around Denver. However, I came here twice and have mixed feelings at best. The first time, service and food were pretty good but we came during a pretty quiet time so that was to be expected. The second time, we came for dinner on a week night and our waitress was unbelievably slow; we didn't even get menus until 10 minutes after being seated. The restaurant was at about 50% capacity this time. The food came out in a pretty timely fashion but just wasn't as good. My burger was slightly brown on the outside and completely raw inside, as if they started with a frozen patty and grilled it for about 5 minutes. My partner's teriyaki entree was not raw, at least... Also, the drafts come in small mugs. When you order a draft beer you typically expect a 16oz pint glass or smaller for a higher ABV beer, but this was probably a 10 or 12oz glass mug with an inch of foam for a standard ale. Pretty disappointing that this wasn't disclosed on the menu. I was going to give this place 3 stars but while writing this review I think it's more deserving of a 2.
