Amazing BBQ place! I have eaten here several times now, and each has been a wonderful experience. The staff are always very courteous, especially the owner (Sharla). The food is great (Kansas City BBQ btw.) so its more of a dry rub place. Come check this place out of you're in the neighborhood and hungry!

When someone asks me “what’s good at Billy Sims BBQ?”, I just smile because EVERYTHING is good! I had another great experience there at lunch today.. Pulled Pork sandwich with baked beans. The meat was tender and with a great smoky flavor and the beans were really good, too. Billy’s three choices of sauce are all excellent. I like to mix the sweet and the hickory flavors. I also, as usual, got a pound of turkey to go. It is the best smoked turkey I have ever had. This is REAL BBQ. The brisket is lean and very flavorful, Mac and cheese is creamy and good, and the ribs are fall-off-the-bone tender with wonderful flavor. The owner, Cody, is first rate. He is so friendly and eager to make each customer’s visit a positive one. I highly recommend this place.

Good, but not great. Two types of potato salad was a treat. Sauces were good, but not extremely flavorful. Looks like it would be a great place to go with kids (but I didn‘t). Pepsi products (yuck), but diet Dr. Pepper, so tolerable.
