The food was fresh and tasted good, too bad it WAS NOT ALL THERE. It's like the scene form Lethal Weapon 2. DO NOT GO THRU THE DRIVE THRU. If you must, CHECK your order TWICE. Here is the best information any one could ever ask for you want to call and complain? Contact Greg Creed Role President Phone (949) 863-4500

No other customers in store. I place my order and they gave me the wrong item. They correct that. They forget to give me my drink cup. The tray they give me with my food on it is dirty and crusty with some type of sauce. Store lobby appears to be clean. Customer service and kitchen cleanliness are the big issue at this location.

Wish I could vote 200 times and bring the average score down where it belongs. I've unfortunately frequented this location since January and seldom had even average experieces. Absolutely HORRIBLY SLOW. I'm sitting in the drive thru writing this, stopwatch is over 25 minutes wait, and it will be over 30 by the time I get my food. Of course the food will be cold. I will NEVER return to this location. 51st and Federal from now on because they are at least marginally better at getting the food out the window in fewer than 20 minutes.

Employees choose to text in the kitchen (which doesn't seem too sanitary.) And behind the counter rather than take orders as customers build up. Doesn't appear to be understaffed yet unconcerned. They'll leave your order on the counter without calling your number. If you can avoid this location. Avoid it.

I will never ever eat here again! Literally got home so excited to get my food start doing my food dance, take a couple bites and everything going good...... I take a huge bite then boom this long hair is in my freaking mouth! I tried calling the number listed multiple times with no answer. So I packed up my food and returned it all. That's absolutely unacceptable and I think this turned me off completely from taco Bell in general! Very disgusted!
