Grace is great! I love it when she is there. She always remembers my name no matter how much time has passed between visits. The beans, rice and 1/2 & 1/2 green chili are hands down the BEST around. Most places have a drive thru where you can pick up most of their menu and take it home.

"Fast food" type service. Order your food at the counter. No waitresses. Typical food choices except their toppings are unique. Americanized Mexican restaurant and the food was good but nothing special about the taste.

We go here several times a week for tasty, quality and inexpensive food on the go. We go through the drive through and the window server is always so sweet and cheerful! We have our favorites and although the chicken in the quesadillas is juicy it is a bit bland, but you can always add some of their incredible salsa if you need more flavor! Their green Chile is the best! They have options such as hot, mild and half and half. I love the half and half because it is still really spicy! I’ve always loved the recipes at this place and we are loyal customers for life! Thank you Santiago’s!

I grew up in Longmont Colorado, so Santiago's and I go way back to when it was next to Longmont high school! It was a staple through my adolescence. I love Santiago's! I wanted to give the guys that work at the Lafayette Santiago's a shout out. I've only been your restaurant now 3 times. Every time I walk in, i am greeted with the sweetest smile's and the quality is honestly probably the best I've had ever at a Santiago's. I moved to Frederick three years ago. I used to go to the Frederick Santiago's twice a week due to my partners mild addiction. The food quality is hit or miss and the servings are so small compared to the Lafayette and Longmont Locations. But the worst part has been the customer service. I have been appalled by how I've been treated by multiple female staff members that works at the Frederick location. Life is not easy, I try to give people the benefit of the doubt, you never really know what people are going through in life. But after about my fourth time of being disrespected, I realize that something needed to be said. So yes - I'm not happy with how I've been treated at the Frederick location. But that is in the past. I would much rather drive 20 minutes to Lafayette for the positive energy & consistent green chili! Huge thank you to the Lafayette staff for your kindness and smiles! You made my morning!

Green Chile, green Chile, green chile. Breakfast burritos are great, burritos delicious, stuffed sopapillas are one of a kind. Also, the kindest people really make guests feel like family.
