I sat here and ate a burger, i won't ever sit here and eat a burger again. Maybe if the meal didn't give me diareah or maybe if the young mate behind the counter wasn't so insistent that he sold the best food in town and actually took to positive criticism i wouldn't even be typing this review up to save at least one poor soul from making the same mistake i did. I did enjoy my Coca Cola.

I grew up in Meriden so have enjoyed the steamed cheeseburgers and no one does it as well. There's an air there, a warm, friendly p,ace to go that is inviting whether local or out of town. I make it there whenever passing through.

If I could give a negative star I would. I went here fully expecting a decent if not awesome burger. What i got was a flavorless, pretty much boiled meat burger with next to no flavor. By no flavor I mean ZERO FLAVOR. Do yourself a flavor favor and head to 2 guys 1 grill. MILES better burgers

The food isn't bad. The burgers can be hard to eat. They're made like a large meatball and the cheese is good but doesn't fuse to the burger. I've eaten here many times and the experience has been the same. I'm just kind of over it, to messy. I believe the place is top rated so I doubt they will flatten out the meat but that would make all the difference because the food isn't bad just gets messy

First time visiting. My Mom had one of the specialty burgers and I had the cheeseburger. We split and order of fries which was more than enough with the generous size of the burgers on a delicious brioche bun. My Mom and I agreed this was one of the best burgers we ever had. I had wanted to come specifically after hearing about Ted's on the Food Channel's Diner's and Dives show. Soooo good! Making the trip again for sure!
