Pretty sub-par American food. What you'd expect except maybe just a little worse. Greasy and sometimes the food is not heated all the way through (occasionally you'll order a melt and the cheese won't be melted). That being said, they have really good french fries and of course the ice cream is good, lots of toppings. There are only two vegetarian options on the menu and they both have eggs and/or dairy in them. Very meat and cheese centric meals. You'll feel bad after eating here, but if you're looking for a place to grab fries and a milkshake, this is the place.

i went Saturday for my birthday around 1:20-2:00 it wasn't to packed at all the wait just to be seated with my husband and 3 kids was about 12 minutes, we finally got seated . The waitress came back after she seated us 10 minutes later for our drink order which took about another 10 minutes for 3 sodas a water and apple juice, at this point the people who came in after us already were receiving there food that we dint even place our order yet it was a horrible experience. by time it was to order our ice cream i wanted to just leave but my kids were looking forward to there ice cream

Service is fair. The waitress checked in once, we had to hunt her down to correct a mistake on my daughter's order. The food is ok, we had breakfast. The 50% off breakfast was nice. I use to love Friendly's, we would go all the time. We don't really go anymore, this was the 1st time in about a year, thought we'd give it another try. We were not thrilled and remembered why we stopped going-they really have gone down hill. 😕
