Is this the best hot dog joint on the planet? Nope- however compared to most others in CT , it does stand out. Previously went to the mall location which sucked horribly, this is a dine in restaurant with drive up facilities. The service here is bar none the absolute best, kind polite staff, they genuinely appreciate your business. Attention to detail oriented, tons of options- had a regular dog and a #14 which is chili n coleslaw, the dog its self isnā€™t as flavorful as a Nathanā€™s dog per-say, but juicy. The sauerkraut is pretty good here, the curly fries were ok, wish the serving was bigger (think five guys). Overall nice place, has an interesting knights / dungeons dragons look to it, the place is clean and has no foul smells. Would return/recommend to friends!

I live on the other end of town. Over by the chase/homer location. I drive all the way over here to get my Frankies. Great crew. Fast, never mess my order up. The chase/homer location ALWAYS has HUGE lines. And even if they dont they'll either mess my order up, or still keep you waiting..

The food is great and fast service. Great big parking reserved for customers. Lots of things to look at on the walls and deferent collection of things, almost like a museum in a restaurant. Love it!

Customer service is always top notch. The girls behind the counter greeted us upon entering, were polite and attentive while taking my order, even got a "have a nice day" while exiting. The restaurant was very clean. My order was was neatly arranged on my tray. I was asked twice if I needed anything. I guess ,by definition, Frankie's is a fast food restaurant, but it didn't feel that way. My experience was very pleasant. ::I think it's important for the reader to note. This is not a full-service restaurant::
