Never left unhappy from eating in and pick up. I've been with other people who nitpick, but they all finished their food lol. Good work.

Cock roaches found in food on at least 2 occasions in 2018. Glasses have a harsh, bumpy coating on the outside indicative of shoddy washing. Servers garnish drinks and food with their bare, unwashed hands. Tables wiped down with rags that sit in the same water for a 12+ hours. Overall disgusting location.

The waitstaff here is friendly and for being in Waterbury, it's usually an enjoyable time. During my visit here the waiter dropped plates of food in front of my wife and I and we were covered in food. We understand that these things happen and the manager did everything he could to make us happy. We were given free dessert, the meal was free, and they offered to dry clean it clothes. In reality, I would not mind this happening every we come here.

Fantastic Service. Our server Carol was amazing! The kitchen produced delicious error free food in 15 mins, appetizer was out in 5 mins. My 4 year old said "this place is terrific, the food was really good and I hope we can come back to this fancy place"😂😂😂😂😂 5 ⭐ Service Carol!-- Update same service different waitress. Shay thanks for making my daughter's day! She loved the cheese grinder.
