Drinks were made incorrectly, and they took 15 minutes to get to us ; after waiting to be acknowledged for 10 minutes. The manager said the kitchen was closed we could not order one small quick appetizer. He was rude and gave off a “I don’t care about you, my staff, or making money” attitude. Any server that works there probably will pick up such rude bad , non money making habits. It’s so simple to give a kind smile and make a guest happy, sometimes when you are tired you have to work a long night like the rest of us. Manager needs to suck it up. Cut the TVs off and the music off awkwardly as only two tables left finished up their drinks. Needless to say pop in for a quick bite or drink if you want to be treated like s***.

Terrible service from beginning to end. We actually got a chance to talk to other families who were also dining here and we all agreed to never return. The place wasn't busy at all yet still took an hour to get our burgers, hostess was completely lost waiters were irrevalant cause we had to get up to fill my own cup of water from the bar. First 3 items we ordered they said oh were out of that because of the storm. (The storm was 3 days ago and melted the next morning) At this point it's no longer a personnel problem it's a management problem clearly the person in charge has no clue.

Been there on many occasions and yesterday was the absolute last time. Talk about making you feel like you are not welcome there. Took more then it should have to get a server then waiting for your beverage and again for your food. Never seeing the server again until we asked to see the manager and waiting again. We asked for our check and waited again. I WILL NEVER VISIT THAT RESTAURANT AGAIN.

If I could give negative-10 stars, I would. Sadly, this is as low as it goes. We waited 20 minutes for a table on a busy Saturday night - no problem. Expected. But then after being seated, we waited 35 minutes to get drinks. We had a two year old with us, and it took 35 minutes to get drinks. Drinks. Not apps, not food, just a water, a Diet Coke, a Sprite and a kids milk. When I complained to my waiter, (who was telling stories to the table behind us for 8 minutes while our drinks sat on the bar, which I could see), he got an attitude with us and Faux apologized with some bull about how attentive he'd been since he took our order. (He hadn't been back to the table since, and again, was bullshitting some couple behind us while the drinks sat there.) We walked out without eating. What a mess. This place is garbage.
