Deeply disappointed in the service. I ordered a burger to go, got home and saw that there weren’t any fries. As I order fries when I was there. Now I wished the tip wasn’t as big. The server should have made sure there were fries before handing it off. Also I paid for my full meal and only got half. The photo down below is what my meal looked like when I got home expecting a wonderful burger with fries to complete it. Very disappointed!

Chili’s as a restaurant is fine, but this location declined. Never go here for on the go orders, your food won’t be seasoned and won’t be made right. On my latest attempt to order here we got a crispy chicken Santa Fe salad and big mouth burger bites with a side of asparagus. All of which took a half hour after the pick up time to gets. The chicken is was slabs of chicken on top of the salad, not sliced up for the salad just dropped on top. Then the burger bites we’re dry as if they sat under a heat lamp for far to long had basically a pile of dry bacon bits, no ranch or onions( 2 of the 4 ingredients required). The asparagus had 0 seasoning on it, no salt, no butter or olive oil, I got a pile of dry cooked branches. The worst part is they upcharged me for the asparagus. The problem is, this what I expect from here after so many disappointments. This location might have burned any possibility of me going to a chili’s again. This was a breaking point for me. Spend your money better by going somewhere else.

This is an OK place to go. The food is terrific, but sometimes you can be kept waiting. It's worth it though. The last time I came here, I ordered to go, then later that night got sick. However it wasn't the food. It was a virus, but when I still think of the items I got that night, I still get a bit queasy. Overall, good job Chili's!

Food is decent, as expected from Chili's. But we always call in for pick up and have waited 20-35 min longer than the 15-20 wait time we were quoted when we ordered. Tonight was particularly ridiculous. We were told our food would be ready in 15 min, which it took me that long to get there and I had to wait an additional 30 min for my food to finally come out. Terrible!

The beers we're good. The quesadillas were very greasy like it was fried. I did not like them. The chicken avacodo sandwich also looked like it was very greasy. It might be the type of cheese used on both. I think they could do better with the food that they make.
