This Popeyes is not up to par with Popeyes standards I can tell you that much. All franchisees should adhere to the same guidelines. The food here just didn't taste the same as other Popeyes locations. The biscuits were dry. Chicken was cold. Gravy cold yucks. Soda tasted like seltzer. The staff didn't make me feel too welcome either. Will not return here ever again.

THEY DON'T OFFER WATER CUPS! I just wanted a 2 piece w/no drink. Why? 1. I don't want some sugar filled or diet drink and 2. Who wants to pay $2.50+ for a drink. Sorry, but if you want something to drink, you have to pay! It's gotta be illegal to MAKE a person buy a drink.

This is ridiculous service. I'm so upset I wasted money on something I wouldn't feed to a pig 🐽. Food was extremely old and cold. I decided to give this place another try!!! Thinking just perhaps the food would be better than last time. I would never try this place again unless I'm trying to die a painful slow death.

Not as good as it use to be. Especially when it gets cold. Like, the oil they use is yucky cheap and when it gets cold its unedible. And i love chicken, hot, room temp and cold. So how are they getting it wrong now? I'm goin back to the Colonel!
