I'm only giving this place 1 star because the staff was actually nice. HOWEVER, I went here for the first time today and will not be going back. I ordered Caribbean jerk wings and fries. I went here on my lunch break and when I got back to work and opened my wings container, no jerk sauce in sight. It was straight hot sauce. My order slip clearly said "Caribbean jerk" but I ended up with hot wings, which I totally despise. And let me not forget the salty a$$ fries. If I wasn't on my lunch break I would have went back there and demanded a refund. Never again.

We ordered our food on GrubHub and after an hour we decided to call the restaurant to see what the hold up was and they didn't answer. So after an hour and a half wait, we decided to call them and when they finally answered the delivery person was on their way to the store, meaning we would wait even longer. I can understand a place being busy but you got to let your customers know that. Plus the delivery fee was $10 so I was expecting a better experience. I'll make sure not to order through them again.

Great food, great customer service and convenient location. I was surprised when I came in at 1:40 a.m. on a Wednesday, and not only did I not have to wait forever despite the huge amount of customers, my loaded pierogis and garlic parmesan panini were awesome.

As usual. Don’t follow direction. Got rid of their best product, their traditional wings, and order is always wrong. I eat here once week and pay good money but they just don’t know how to get it right on delivery. Foods usually good though I’ll give them that

I've gone here for late night runs on occasion. The food is good, the service is nice if a touch slow, but don't complaint I could raise is outweighed by the absolute convenience of eating here. Service at other places on Main St is disrespectful, especially at the inferior Buddy's Burgers. I genuinely love this place.
