It should be a NEGATIVE 5 stars that's how bad it is. I looked past the warm stale fries. But I could not let the cold burger go. It defies the definition of burger. How in the world could you give someone burger that is as cold as the fridge... Both buns and the meat. How is that possible? Upon my return they "replaced the burger" in actuality they gave me the same one with a warm bottom bun. Oh and I'll also mention that the entire thing was sloppliy put together. Just careless, sauce all over the wrapper. If you find one issue don't even stay just request a refund and leave.

If I can give this place no stars I would, worst place ever do not eat here save your couple of bucks and go to another Wendy’s. First off it doesn’t matter how much you tell them to please make the food fresh you don’t mind waiting it will always be old. I understand that it’s fast food but if I’m paying for fresh French fries I would like fresh French fries. Their fries are always disgusting and taste like they’ve been sitting there for hours. The bacon was so hard and old It felt like I had chipped my tooth when I took a bite of my sandwich . There’s no reason why they should be serving old food like that. I get it im paying 4 bucks for a meal but that doesn’t mean my food should be disgusting and super old. Best believe I WILL Never eat here again.

For a fast food restaurant it sure takes forever to get your order just in, then you have to wait another “forever” to get your order I mean at least 15-20 minutes each , and that’s for both drive thru and walk in orders, this place needs to retrian it’s current staff, or replace them, also I’ve seen several people fill orders with no gloves on , touching the insides of the packaging for nuggets and fries as an example

Awful, your better off starving than eating her. Employees making burgers without gloves. Nasty.

Worst customer service ever. Fries were bad, I asked to be changed and the cashier that brought them out almost threw them at me with this unique attitude. They didn't even give me a straw and the hamburgers were cold
