I went to Popeye's Chicken today I order two thighs mild and I received my order pulled up broke one in half and blood came out. Took it back in the manager Exchange the two pieces of chicken and asked did I want a side for my inconvenience. I said yes got the new two pieces and left very upset. Why because I love that chicken from Popeye's. But now I have a fear 😱 of what happened to me today. Store #8981 I have posted pictures of the chicken I received the first time. I would like to know how could that happen if it's on a timer.

Delicious and friendly staff. I ordered the tenders and shrimp. had to wait about 8 mins for them to make spicy chicken, the girl gave me a two piece combo at no extra charge for waiting! Super customer service! Would totally go back whenever I'm in the neighborhood. Restaurant is very clean. All of the sauces are free unlike it's Canadian counterparts who charge for ANY sauce.

Food was fresh but was very oily. Had no spicy tenders and tried to trick me with mild without saying anything and was missing aides. Jesus ended up fixing my order (save the spicy tenders) while the manager hid in the back when she saw me come back in. Will not be back.

Extremely expensive,management is very rude. I wanted to use a coupon on my phone from their website because the food would of been cheaper and the manager said I couldn't use it cause the coupon need to be printed out , any other restaurant would of excepted it but not this popeyes, who prints coupons out anymore, everything is on your phone now. This Popeyes is not convenient for customers at all. I should of stuck with my first choice (churches chicken)

This place is horrible!!!! The drive thru cashier was rude!!!! I had to go back because they messed up my order and my chicken was cold. They gave me hot chicken but cold sides and still managed to mess up my order again!!!! And they gave me attitude when they are the ones that messed up my order!!!! Still went home with cold food and the wrong order!!!! The Mac and cheese was disgusting!!!Popeyes used to be my favorite place but the customer service and food went down hill at this location!!!! NOT GOING BACK I GAVE YOU TOO MANY CHANCES!!!!!
