nice atmosphere. live music. I had a awesome waiter, Mike. he checked on us several times. made sure we never ran out of drinks. explained the menu to us. how it was cooked and what ingredients are in the dish. I'm giving 3 stars because the entrees are expensive compared to other restaurants in this area. I felt for the price what I got should have been a little bigger. burger menu is reasonable.

Disappointing service and poor management. No real care for experience. Decent location which is their sell. Bar ok and one bright spot. Drink the place down and take in the view. Stood around staring at empty tables which had been turned for 5-10 minutes after waiting half hour which was expected. Brought to attention of hostess who said wouldn't seat our 9top because kitchen was backed up. Meanwhile group standing around and split up. Manager was more useless telling me they were just turned over and wouldn't give us a better table. Much better options for seafood, service and experience nearby. Get a drink, enjoy the view and move on.

Good food selection featuring fresh caught seafood and fish. Catch of the day features locally caught fish. The atmosphere is festive with a great music selection. The beer choice is decent with a good variety as well. Price is decent and the scenery is awesome. Would recommend.

Great atmosphere and good food for a pretty reasonable price. We like that it's laid back enough to bring our young kids, but don't like the lack of baby changing table (though that's pretty par for the course in this area, unfortunately). We always have a good experience here, however. The staff is knowledgeable about the food and drink menus and more than willing to give recommendations.

Usually has a band on the weekends which can make it a bit loud if you sit in the wrong seat. Its moderately priced and the service is usually good. The food is upscale but while good, not great. Cobbs has great atmosphere being by the city marina
