Jacksonville finally got it right bringing back Morton’s. If you haven’t been in a while or has traveled to the one in Orlando, it’s time to treat yourself! Wife ordered the orsters, lobster bisque and the pork chops, all was cooked to perfection! Mr. Ramsey would be proud. I had the short rib tacos, and chicken Bianco that had me planning my next reservation. Special thanks to Mr. Mason for setting the bar of excellence in service and food! Keep up the attention to detail and energy.

The organization is run by and incompetent manager and they cannot cook. Worse service ever. I would rate it worse than outback steak house. They should loose the unprofessional staff and run it like a 5 star restaurant should be!

This was one of the worst experiences ever with a restaurant of this supposed quality. I had a reservation for ten and this began the issue. Manager called me to say they could not seat all of us together because it was New Years Eve and they had so many reservations. I agreed only to witness many tables empty all night and plenty of ways to slide two together. Our table had appetizers, salads, and entrees. It was about 40 minutes between salad and entree and then another ten minutes to get my side of potatoes. Food was good except one of the steaks was nothing but fat. At $54 for a 16oz ribeye and another $13 for a side of potatoes I expect to get a lot better service. Atmosphere was nice but Outback would have been as good or better for half the price.

Came in for my reservation 10 minutes prior and after informing the hostess waited at the bar. 30 minutes later they sat us. (It took over 10 minutes to be helped at a half full bar with two bartenders working as well). We ordered appitizers and our meals. Appitzers came out fast and we're delicious, however our entrees never came. After waiting over an hour we asked our waiter to check on the order and with their response was they put the order in, and it isn't their fault. Managers brought the food over and offered no apologies for the delay. Meals were undercooked and clearly rushed to pump them out quickly to us. Overall terrible experience. Next time we stay here we will surely be walking two blocks to the local hooters to eat instead.

Elegant environment. Nice terrace. Great service.
