I am from Vancouver BC where we enjoy a wide variety of sushi restaurants and access to very fresh fish. I was very pleased with the quality of sushi at Blue Ribbon. We started with shrimp tempura and a thinly sliced salmon dish. The tempura was outstanding, different than the traditional tempura batter but delicious. The salmon tasted great as well although it looked like it might be farmed salmon rather than fresh which would be my only criticism. The deluxe sashimi plate was great with a very nice variety as were all the roles we had. The Blue Ribbon role was expensive but very tasty. As a very wonderful surprise we had the fried chicken as well which was amazing!!! I would go back for either the sushi or the chicken but together it was a very memorable meal.

It's just as good as outside of Japan. I think I was the best performer in Miami and California until I found out how good it would be when he was fresh in his pure form. Everything that I like looks like something I never had. My only complaint is that the ikura is not a "Marki score" excellent. The staff is very cool, the staff and the chef are very nice, and the atmosphere is also very soft and stylish. Try it here and you will have a great test. The only problem is that you can find frustration when you wonder.

I had Omakase and it was fabulous The most impressive thing was the presentation, a veritable work of art. Service was excellent also. I highly recomend this place.

I work in Miami Beach as A chiropractor. I often order sushi for my staff at cafe of life chiropractic and they all love it. If you're in town and looking for sushi I highly Recommend it.
