As you should already know, the customer service at a Haitian restaurant is not the best but the food is good. They are simply just too busy taking phone orders. They didn’t have Tassot Turkey nor Goat so they serve beef which was ok. The food was good, I want lie but I’ve had better. The fried plantains were too crunchy so all they did was hurt my gums. I probably won’t come back as there are better Haitian spots to try out. Bob chance!

They do not follow instruction I asked for soft griot and they Fred it hard not once but several times. Would be great lack consistency! When I went back for them to make it right they did not

First time here and i had a great experience. The staff was courteous and very helpful. The food tasted great and there was lots to choose from on the menu. A bit crowded at the time of day that i visited but overall i was very content. I recommend this place to anyone.

So this is by far the best Haitian restaurant that I've been too and I've lived in SF my whole life. Now I would have removed a star due to their customer service, but their food quality makes up for it. Actually their customer service has gotten better within the last year and a half. The only thing I would recommend is more pieces with meat for their grio dishes and more varieties like turkey dishes etc. Other than that I always recommend this location to anyone who is looking for good quality Haitian food.
