We dined here last night. The Breakers was packed as was the restaurant. We were seated outside and when the rain finished, it was very pleasant. We had a wedge salad, steak and a burger. Service was good (ish) given 20% already baked into the bill. Food arrival not well timed and my steak was over cooked. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Not sure if the food would be better when it’s less busy but for the price, I son’t see the value. I like the room and the location.

Flagler Steakhouse definitely lived up to my expectations. Stunning place, ambience was lovely, service was great and best of all the food was on point! I tried the Filet Mignon, Lamb, Lobster Tails and the Key Lime Pie is to die for!!!

All I can say is Wow. Loved everything about this place. From the old school, clubby atmosphere to the staff who are some of the most professional, friendly, attentive folks I’ve ever met. I made a reservation here right before returning from a deployment. When the lady asked me if there were any special occasions I told her I was returning from overseas and taking my wife on a belated honeymoon. I had honestly forgotten about that, but soon after we sit down Jonathan came to our table with two outstanding appetizers, said thank you for your service and Congrats. I was surprised and humbled. Super polite, warm guy. Our waitress, Danielle, was nothing but smiles and knew the menu up and down. Our drinks came out promptly with a fresh baked loaf of bread. I ordered the tomahawk ribeye which was cooked to absolute perfection. My wife order the filet which was also cooked perfectly. Back to Jonathan who I was super impressed with, this guy handled a very stuck up, older lady with a lot more grace than I would’ve had. This woman said her filet wasn’t cooked with enough salt and that the presentation was off..... 😂😂 But Jonathan promptly got her another Filet to the table which she approved of. Props to you dude. Over all I cannot day enough great things about this place. I will absolutely be stopping in again if I’m ever close by.

Great food and service. The shuttle from the hotel to the restaurant is awesome

I'm so angry at this restaurant. We went as a group of 4. The restaurant temperature was cold to begin with. It kept getting colder and colder. I measured it 65 degrees and chilling to 62 at the end of the night. I told them. The next table told them. Multiple other tables told them. Everyone had something to cover themselves to get to stay warm. It was not a defective a.c. unit .. I call the main hotel to facilities management and they wouldn't put me in touch. Then they had the audacity to tell us it was 74 in there... Everyone went outside to finish our meal since it was much warmer outside. These people don't care about their customers and at the super high prices they charge you should at least be able to enjoy yourself.
