We came here for a friend's birthday party which had at least 12 of us. They sat us in a far off room and had 2 waitresses for our party. We were the first to arrive and they were very helpful to make sure we were comfortable while we waited on everyone else. We were starving by the time our friends arrived (they're always late) so we ordered an appetizer. The appetizer was fried oysters and they did not disappoint. I could've eaten that for the meal if i got about 100 more. They were sitting in this honey sauce that tasted like gold. It was so sweet and flavorful. Everything we ate there tasted delicious. We ended up trying each other's meals, so it's hard to really say what everyone had. They change the menus all the time, so it's hard to keep up with everything. You just have to try it every couple of months and see what's new. The vibe of the place is what I like to call "funky nerd." They have these scientific drawings on the chalkboard walls and Edison bulbs all around the place. It's very eclectic and a fresh change of pace. Definitely worth checking out to see what's new and in-season since the menu changes often!!

The food I had here was amazing. I came here when they first opened up. The drinks were good and food was good. This trip about 5years later the food was so good. My mother has demanded that when she comes to town we have to try it. The ice cream reminded of being a child and the home made ice-cream that took days to make. The flavor was so good but the ice-cream was not the best thing I had. Great job to the chef

Be prepared for an earthy flavor explosion. It's more delightful than it sounds. The food was excellent, with exclusion to the chicken poutine sweet potato fries starter which had a lot of hard gristle knots from the chicken, the flavor was there it just made for a unpleasant start to the meal. Unlike others experiences, the service was Great! The staff was on top of drinks and clearing tables. Extremely friendly and detailed in the meal. We would definitely be back for more if we lived here. Would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great bite to eat. The dessert was amazing. The toasted sugar crusted butter cake just nailed it all around.

When I pay a little more for a meal I expect to get a better quality food and service and Edison did not disappoint. In this case the flavors were exceptional and service friendly. And since we came during lunch the meal was actually quite a value. Anyone who enjoys complex and flavorful food should give Edison a try.

Amazing. Creative delicious cuisine paired with excellent service. Nice casual clean dining. The menu changes seasonally but I recommend the butter cake!
