The food is great, but to be honest the portions are reasonable for the price. The downside is the service could be greatly improved on and the look somewhat to be desired and the location is out of the way.

Was not being patient with me and my husband. For a five dollar surf and turf we got 4 piece of shrimp and 2 piece tender with no fries. The co-worker made an excuse for not remaking the order correctly. My husband went in the store and had to make a complaint.

No will not go here again. Would not recommend. Went through drive through long wait. Received cold hard fries I was told the waiter emptied hot ones over the cold ones so on my way home eating I had to throw all fries away. Customer service not good at all. I'd suggest frying your own chicken or meal at home. Also waiting on corporate to contact me

Originally, I'd stop patronizing Popeyes because of the poor customer service and their repeat inconsistencies in food quality and prep. The time before last I visited on a Tuesday for their daily specials and the chicken I received was hard and dried out. I was gonna call to complain about the chicken, but knew from prior experiences I'm only lefted upset and disappointed with the outcome. I was at home in northwest Albany and knew I was willing to comeback out to South Albany. The inconvenience of a possible replacement wasn't worth the trouble.

My experience today at popeye's was absolutely horrible. I did not appreciate The unprofessional individual taking orders. In addition, how are you out of the special? How does the ultimate chicken restaurant run out of chicken???🤔
