Tonight we were hung up on, good thing I recorded the call for our concern with the food we paid for. This is not our first time coming to this Arbys I have even made complaints below you will see a response. One provided by email not a call. However I did speak to the owner whom contacted me back in January and will be reaching back out to him. If any resturant hires employees who don't understand FRESH FOOD. They do not need a job in Food Service it is 3 going on 4 a.m. I don't want cold chicken on my salad nor do I want tomatoes hand removed to the side leaving them basically still in the salad and my husband doesn't want cold sat up potatoe cakes oh and my son he really does like rock hard bread on his sliders or dried meat. This is happening to many times and this restaurant is 5 min from me. No other Arbys I've ever gone to can be compared to this place the convenience of being 24hrs for these employees is a game a time to play I pray when I speak to the owner this is addressed because it hasn't been since I last spoke with him. And to only the employees who are serving people in this manner I pray you pay and experience the same level of service or worse along with your family. PLEASE Don't go here after dark or without a manager on duty I don't even eat McDonald's yet their staff and management haven't been this low. Could be the area there's always a bad Apple. Pay for your food with a card if you go then you can possibly get your money backfor the trash they serve thank you for letting us know about your experience at the Arby's inside our Fair Play, SC location. Every Love’s Arby's guest should find a restaurant that is run by friendly, professional team members, but we’ve let you down. Please accept my apology for our restaurants failures and rest assured they will be addressed immediately. Your feedback is important to us and we appreciate the time you’ve taken to let us know about your experience. Kindest regards, Kiersten D. Love's Travel Stops
