This place to me is probably the best Mexican restaurant on the Island. I know they don't need any more publicity because every time I go there the place is packed. (Even off hours) Every time I've gone there, I've never been disappointed. In fact it seems like the food keeps getting better. If that's possible. So if you want really good Mexican food, I highly recommend Mexico Restaurant.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE THAT I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED!!! we went here for lunch on a rainy Saturday, the place had people inside but it wasn't packed... the bar was empty so my friend and I sat down(like I've been doing there for years)... the aparent bartender looked like he had a few tables and made eye contact while making a margarita but said nothing... five minutes later someone dropped off some chips and salsa... it was delicious but still, no one asked us if we wanted drinks, another five minutes goes by and nobody comes around so my friend and I decide to leave... on the way out, I see the "bartender" near the food window and we make eye contact again... he doesn't even acknowledge us and just lets us walk out. This was the most unwelcome I've ever felt anywhere, ever... I used to love this place!

We love this place, eat here regularly! Food and service is ALWAYS excellent! Can't beat their happy hour specials. Best Mexican restaurant on the island!

They had about four or five pages of menu and an entirely separate room for a bar area. The venue is very classic stucco looking and really a nice feel. Wait staff was attentive and very friendly. Would definitely recommend and will definitely go there again which staff with attentive and very friendly. Would definitely recommend and we'll definitely go there again

First visit and I love it! I'm from San Jose CA. I know good Mexican food. We had burritos. They were huge and delicious! Two people can share it if you're not a pig like me. Our meals came with rice and beans & chips and salsa. Chips are pretty tasteless and salsa isn't remarkable but I'm definitely going to be eating there once a month. Plenty of off street parking. Service was very good. Refilled our waters and gave us more chips and salsa too. The chips were just okay. Really nice atmosphere. Great place.
