We go there often almost weekly, but consistency is an issue, as well as quality control. Today at lunch we ordered two Cobb salads nd waited a good 30 minutes for it under a half full seated restaurant. One came out half the size, missing eggs and tomatoes. Neither the kitchen nor the waitress seemed to notice before delivering...and when we brought it to her attention she said “oh wow”, but it wasn’t until we asked her to go correct it that she planned to rectify. It came back with the wrong salad dressing but we ate it anyway. Come on Rembrandts you have the opportunity to be the best restaurant around, don’t keep dropping the ball.

I am newer to the eagle area an couldn't wait to try this place out. My first experience was good, the cinnamon rolls are very good. The coffee is excellent. This visit was sometime is the late morning and I was pleased with the service and what I'd ordered. Unfortunately, my second visit was not as pleasant. It was a Friday late evening and I brought in my niece and nephew for hot chocolate and dessert. It was still fairly busy. We had to wait a while to be seated by the hostess who seemed to be annoyed. I let her know that we were there for desert and she said we didn't need menus then. After we got sat, it took at least 15min until someone asked us what we'd like to drink, and then a bit longer to have our order taken. The desserts that we ordered were great, but it took them 30min to get them to us. The servers were very nice and apologetic about the wait. I think that they hadn't realized we needed our orders taken because we didn't have menus on the table. This was back in the early fall. I've been back for some coffee and baked goods in the morning and all was exceptional once again.

I used to love this place before it switched owners. I used to be just a good old fashioned coffee house that you could take a book to and relax. It then became a restaurant that also served coffee which was fine since I could still accomplish the same casual coffee experience. Recently however Rembrandts has been turned it into a full service restaurant where I can no longer just order a coffee at the counter and go sit undisturbed in the corner with my project of choice. It's loud and busy and no longer a place to relax. Don't get me wrong it's a nice establishment with great food and coffee, it's just no longer what I have come to love over all these years and it's really sad.

The staff here are amazing. I think our server's name was Dakota and she was awesome. Everything I've had here has been tasty from the Kobe burger to the mac and cheese to their grain bowls. And every single dessert is delicious, which is rare at restaurants. Love it!!
