Was notified they were completely out of lettuce at 7pm on a Friday, apparently “the morning staff didn’t make enough”. Not the biggest deal, things happen. What was the deal breaker, we witnessed a employee cruise by the chicken nuggets, pick one up out of the batch and put it fully in his mouth. Then he proceeded to chew with his mouth open while preparing food. To say the least we proceeded to immediately leave and go somewhere else.

Great service from the staff, especially Adam who came to our table to see if we needed anything. Our hamburgers were really flavorful. I don't like a lot of sauce and usually put a bit of ketchup on a burger, but my burger had such good flavor I didn't need any ketchup. Clean and fast too. Good job, Eagle Wendy's.

This particular Wendy's has been closed earlier in the evening than was posted on their sign, on my last two attempts to go there. It was only 9pm and 10:15pm respectively. I thought Wendy's generally were open much later at night. That said, I have been here a few times earlier in the day and the service is generally better than I get at other Wendy's.

Food was great but super disappointed in the timing of it all. The times on the website are wrong please try to figure this out I sat in the parking lot for 35 mins just for them to open. Side note kinda glad I got there early there was another couple in the parking lot waiting for them to open. Super side note when I say can I please have some ketchup I only mean 2 not 3 overall 9.8 out of 10 stars. PEACE

No sense of urgency today. I would have ordered a pizza for delivery faster than get a hanurger fries and a coke.
