A brand new building, which means they're quite clean. Situated near a major shopping center. Their one bad thing is the parking lot area! Too small, too compact. Best navigated with a Volkswagen Beetle. Folks in a large family sedan are well advised to park elsewhere and walk back to this otherwise fine establishment!

Went into this location for the 1st time today. Food is excellent but the lady behind the counter seemed to have about a 3 second memory span. She nearly forgot that I asked for a cup of water when I placed my order and told me about 5 times that I would have to wait for my fries. Also the floor felt kind of sticky.

I’ve went here several times before posting this review, hoping it would get better. I work as a service trainer, so I literally train fast food employees in service. This place needs some serious help, all the way from entry level workers, managers, up to the store manager I presume. For one, employees walk past you, stare at you, sweep loby looking at the line at the register. Even if you can’t help someone at the moment, you should at least acknowledge them! This is service 101!!! One employee was cleaning trays with her back to register! She saw there was people waiting, and had no regard! This happens every time I’m at this specific location!!! To top it all off, the store manager I presume. (Guy in jeans, late 30’s) has no service skills!!! Sees a line and just says “we will be right with” good job buddy, but a smile would go a long day! He then let’s his employees jack around before FINALLY COMING UP! If I wasn’t hungover and craving Wendy’s, I would of left and gone to somewhere else that wanted my business. No sense of urgency. The attitude and feel of the employees tells it all. No “how are you, have a nice day” and don’t even think a smile will be seen in sight!!!! Seriously get it together!!! I’ve been in fast food since 16, ITS NOT THAT HARD!!!! It’s actually sad to see this type of low level service. I will avoid this place like the plague. I thought maybe it was a few bad employees, but I learned it’s the whole estblishement here.

As of Feb 2018, this is a brand new Wendy's location. The staff is clearly new as well, still learning. But the food is good for fast food, and healthy options are available. Getting into and out of the parking lot is a little difficult, but not enough to keep me from returning.
