I work here at the hospital and came here to grab a sandwich real quick to take back to my department. employees here are extremely rude and don't seem to care at all if they mess things up. this was around 930 and they close at 10! they were trying to hurry things up and were very short with me. what a shame!

They never want to give you your receipt! Well yes there is a survey to tell how your experience was....and if you don't give your receipt then get mad when you do, then there's a problem. One employee in particular has an issue with certain customers. She seems mad or irritated when you place your order, then she tries to trash your receipt after your purchase. I don't know what her problem is but trashing your customers receipt will get you a bad survey! I shouldn't have to fell awkward asking for my receipt! I want to see if I was over charged (like I was twice before) and plus to receive my free cookie after answering my survey. I've noticed how she (the black haired white unfriendly lady that begins the 2nd shift)only greets certain customers. Then she seems bothered when she sees people of color. I have been going there since working at St Francis and every time I see her I feel irritation from her. Then she tells other employees not to give me my receipt because she fears I'm gonna do that survey to report her attitude and I do. Sean the manager and the other older blonde haired lady have even stopped giving me my receipt! But they give it to everyone else, what gives?!?!? I'm just gonna stop going to that Subway altogether! I shouldn't have to feel intimidated because I'm asking for my food purchase receipt.

Thought I'd try their breakfast menu as a change from my normal Panera stop. Food was just OK but the music was dance club techno at 7 AM and way too loud. Only an older lady and young female were working. I credited the latter for the music. Fine for late night dancing but not fro breakfast. Throw in the cold, sterile atmosphere, VS the warm feel at Panera and I won't go back. I had quickly found out why I was the only one there. I'm a retired marketing consultant and this store broke several rules so I could see why no one else was there. The Panera parking lot had more than a dozen cars in it when I drove by on my way home. Too bad. I eat breakfast out most mornings and a little variety would have been good for both of us.

No matter what shift, theyre always upset with customers and make food too fast just to get rid of them.
