This was the first time that I had tried a Ruth's Chris. Cooking is a hobby of mine, and I've really focused on meat, especially steak. I cook a better steak than any of the local places I've had, even with a cheaper cut. I was expecting the same from Ruth's Chris. I was completely wrong. The steak had an amazing crust and was cooked perfectly from edge to edge. My steaks are normally like that as well, so I am not 100% positive why their steak was so much better than mine, but it was. They also had a deal going on. For $60 or so I got a starter salad (I got the stone fruit salad and it was awesome), a ribeye, a side, and a dessert. It was an amazing deal for how awesome the food was.

$10 burgers on Thursdays! Best burger in St. Louis. The bar is fun and they always have a fun drink special. More affordable during happy hour and its 7 days a week!!!!! They validate parking at the hostess stand which saves you like $14. It's a great spot!

It was very good. However can be pretty pricey. I stole their sweet potato casserole recipe and not its a family favorite for the holidays.

Basic! I've had my share of good steaks and my filet was basic. The sides were ok. The lobster bisque was over cooked. The chicken was on the dry side. The cream spinach was good.

Our first experience with Ruth's Chris was phenominal. We went celebrating our 3 year anniversary and the dining experience provided by Luke and James was exceptional. The Porterhouse for two was out-of-this-world, and when we told Manager Ben that all dining here had done was "ruin" other chain steakhouses for us, we were only halfway joking. Highly recommend this restaurant for those looking to treat themselves to fine feasting and exceptional service.
