This was the day my son graduated from high school( May 17, 2018). He chose to go to your TGI Friday's. Not only was the store extremely hot it was also extremely dark. We had to wait and ask to be seated. Once we were seated the stores was FULL of GNATS and again very hot. Me and my guess( party of 10) were trying to make the best of the situation because we wanted my son to enjoy his graduation . He waited choose TGI Fridays because he loved the place . After it took more than 30 minutes to place an order we received our food 45 minutes later. The food was very delicious. After we received our food we ordered a dessert and after desert our waitress disappeared for at least 30 to 45 minutes. So as we begin to leave the restaurant she reappeared. We asked for management to discuss the matter not only did the waitress go back and forth with a guest in my party she was very rude, nasty, condescending, and ghetto, the manager had to caution her to be quiet, his exact words was "don't say another word". I only visited the store because my son chose to go there. I will never return to the hot, nasty, smelly, gnat infested Friday's again we even had to ask for eating utensils after we received our food after a 45-minute to an hour wait. Not only was the store sickening, the management explanation was Caleco's is having the same problem with the disgusting GNATS, as we ate we are swatting GNATS it is sad to know that customer service is not worth anything anymore. I will make sure to tell all my friends to never, ever, never visit TGI Friday's in downtown St Louis ever! We tried to avoid the problems that TGI Friday offered paying customers so my son could enjoy his evening after graduating. But I promise you I will tell everyone I know to never visit that Fridays ever. And you can better believe I will never return there.

Be aware of their policy of an 18% gratuity on bills over $75. They are unaware of what a gratuity is I guess. It is truly a service charge because according to the servers, they do not get it. Instead they rely on any additional tip over the imposed 18%. This policy takes money out of the servers pockets, because I don't think most patrons are willing to tip 28 to 36% on a bill over $75. The manager when asked about the policy was argumentative and when we told him to take the one dessert that was ordered that put our total at $75.82 on a separate check for the tablemate who ordered it he complied but still levied the 18% "gratuity" on both bills. The sign is posted above the door where you will not see it when walking in. But they say "well we have it posted"

This place is going downhill in terms of stuff service and every once in a while, the food. This used to be my absolute favorite location to visit until recently. My last 3 visits I've experienced extreme attitudes from the wait staff, very slow to no service to the point where I would have to flag down someone for help. I even witnessed a waitress tell a table that she wasn't going to keep going back to the manager with their complaints because she's ready to go and she wasn't supposed to be helping them anyway. They have allegedly been understaffed, but as a person that works with the public as well, that's not an excuse I accept to walk around with attitudes. I've been going to this location for YEARS and this is the worst I've seen it.

My salad very tasty. Everything was Fresh! The Pecan Chicken was warm and juicy. Had a wonderful time there even though I was alone, I did not feel alone!

Otber than a bit pricey ($82 for 4 adults 1 child) was a good experience. Food was good and hot, server was knowledgable (took 5 orders, got them right and didn't write anything down) and friendly. Was greeted at door when entered and when leaving. Good atmosphere. Now if only the weather had cooperated 😁
