THE place to get St. Louis style pizza! There are several Imo's locations and this one is located in a hotel, so the ambiance and service felt a bit off. But, the food made up for it. The thin crust, Provel cheese, and slightly sweet sauce work really well together (for me), and I find myself craving Imo's out here in California! The simple cheese pizza is great, but also try pepperoni and combination. One plus about this location is that you can order Imo's from the Hilton bar/lounge after hours! Imo's will be my first stop when I'm in Missouri next!

The food, once it finally arrived was fine... the dining area was clean and decorated with lots of local St. Louis Cardinals baseball-themed murals and jerseys. The service was unfortunately pretty bad. I ordered and handed her a credit card, to which the girl behind the counter said “I’m sorry I thought you were paying with cash”. I said that I didn’t think I had that much cash... crickets. She didn’t offer to change payment method. I stood there and she said “I’m gonna need you to pay cash.” What the heck? By some streak of luck I had almost exactly the cash I needed. So then we waited. Then the gal brought out food one item at a time over the next 40 minutes, and was so dismissive and inattentive it was actually quite comical. She delivered the wrong pizza or ordered the food wrong for the table beside us... so I give the store the benefit of the doubt. Food was fine, decor and cleanliness was fine.... but this particular staff... ack. Guess they figure we are just traveling. Who knows.

Went for lunch, my coworker wanted the pizza on the lunch special and I just wanted the salad, so we split the meal. Well majority of the lettuce in the salad was brown and severely wilted. The people in kitchen knew this because they put the good parts on top. Not only is it disgusting, it's also dangerous because of food poisoning because the lettuce is bad. They should be shut down for some mess like this.

The pizza was good. If you like thin crust you’ll like it. We ordered to go and did not have issues.

I eat here for lunch occasionally. I always get the lunch special, a 10" one-topping pizza, salad and a soda for $10 including tax. This would be a good choice for visitors to the downtown area, as it is close to the arch and stadium.
