Happens a couple times each month. Opening late. It is simple. Either open on the time that is on the door. Or change the hours of operation.

Staff was too interested in texting than acknowledging my daughter and I came in through the door and waited for service. We even said “Hello” to them. Left after a few minutes of one guy who continued texting and a female giving us her back resenting that we were there. WOW! Sub dock subs tonight.

I had to remind the girl to change her gloves after she returned with roast beef for my sandwich from the back cooler. I decided not to toast my sub because of her lack of cross contamination concern. Who knows how many workers have touched the obviously dirty toaster handle. The second male Subway artist did a great job on my sandwich except for one small detail. I asked for vinegar only vs oil and vinegar. He drenched my sandwich with 4 heavy lines ( from one end to the other 4 times)with vinegar. When I sat down to eat my sandwich, 5 min later, it was so saturated with vinegar, it was inedible. The bread was soaking wet and I threw it away. Definitely not visiting this location. The vinegar thing was an opps, but the lack of knowledge or care about cross contamination is absolutely the reason I will never visit this location again

It's okay.. But is wayyyyy better the one on collins... Its kinda nasty that the person preparing the sandwich is yelling with their friends on the back..

Great service. Just not the great variety as normal subways. They discontinue because they just wanted honey Oat bread. . .
