Consistently given the wrong order or something is not as I ordered. They got my coffee perfect today, but not the sandwich. I go there for convenience if I don't have enough time to cook breakfast before work, but I may have to switch since I keep paying something I'm not ordering Establishment looks great from the outside, though. And the worker at the food window was very nice.

Went late at night so obviously the drive thru was only opened. It took me 10 minutes to make it to the speaker. Placed my order and was in line for 20 minutes. I actually pulled out of line because the wait was ridiculous, this has happened at this location far to many times. Maybe schedule more employees? Or get more staff. It’s unfair to the employees to get swamped that late at night. It’s a 24/7 location on a Main Street in “joliet”/crest hill there are a lot of bars and night life around the area. Maybe take that into consideration.

Overall the place is clean and the staff works efficiently. It would be nice if some of the workers greeted you a little friendly and didn't make it seem like they hated working there...

The lady was very nice. She showed us we can use a kiosk to order food now

The drive through window is filthy black with grease and black dirt. They recently remodeled the entire restaurant but neglected to clean the window frame. I actually contacted management and told workers there, and complained to McDonald's corporate. Nothing has been done to simply clean this filthy window frame. I gave up and have to ignore this feature when paying for my food.
