I go there 3-4 times a week and have been doing that for a couple years. The young lady that works there, 3-20'18, is always rude. You ask how you doing and never a smile or nothing. She does act better but if she was, she would not be working as a waitress or whatever. My last meal I bought tonight. Will not go back. While waiting in line, she was rude to another couple. Also white. She should not be dealing with customers. I'm so stressed and upset with this. I told my wife, we can go to another place, a lot of restaurants.

The drive through lady has an attitude problem, not blatantly trying to be rude but still rude. For ex: ‘k is that it?’ vs ‘Would that be all for you today?’ Also didn’t explain size options for burrito she just charged me for the biggest one. Burrito itself had an unnecessary amount of beans, the meat itself was obviously cheap quality - way too much fat and cartilage. I could’ve paid $10 for a burrito elsewhere n had a better experience with the food and service.

I made the mistake of ordering from them Togo using uber eats and uber was great but the food was all wrong I specifically said no onions on a taco salad and I got it and it was loaded with onions and when I called to inform them they tried to tell me I did not have and order with them. I am allergic to onions but they did not seem like they wanted to correct this. needless to say I want eat there again

Food is super good and the burritos are massive. They mess up my order almost every time I call it in so I just give up and order it there. Guac is awesome and fresh.
