I ate shrimp and waffles, taste is taste! Air! Great service! A good classic pub. I had bacon and blue cheese burger, very good taste. At five o'clock on Tuesday morning, they have a Kazaa Sadat, but they have already bought, and it seems very strange that they will go early in the day. Maybe there's a great set for dinner. But there are many other options. My wife ate a good deep pizza but in our opinion nothing special. They have some things to say about how they know the deep dish, so we look forward to more, but maybe everywhere where deep dishes are sold is the best in Chicago.

This place has a real Chicago feel. It's a great place for a sit-down lunch during the week or a casual evening meal. Chicken breasts are moist and tender. The steak salad is one of my favorites. They serve typical bar appetizers including wings, onion rings, mozzarella sticks, and generous baskets of fries. Food is usually delivered fast and the staff is friendly and professional. The deep dish pizzas are not considered to be as good as Lou's, but definitely worth trying. The crust has more of a cracker crisp texture than crumbly or cakey texture. The layer of cheese is thick, stretchy, and delicious. Deep dish pizzas arrive quickly compared to many restaurants, but you should still budget a little extra time and it probably isn't a good choice for your work lunch break.

Stopped by on vacation after visiting the Art Institute and so glad we did. It was a short walk. The place was packed, but we were seated immediately and drinks and food were still timely. The fish and chips were delicious. The prices were also reasonable. They have a good selection of food and beverages as well. It's a beautiful bar and historic for being an AL Capone joint, boasting a secret tunnel entrance from back during prohibition. Check the back of the menu for the history. Highly recommend to make it part of your trip.

I wanted to give it 3.5 stars. It's better than just 3. I have been going to this place since I was a young adult. We always got pizza back. At my present age, pizza was not on my list of foods to eat. I ended up with the black bean burger, and the fruit on the side instead of fries. I was quite surprised they offered this, pleasantly surprised. The burger tasted fine, it just fell apart, and I ended up earring it with a knife and fork. The fruit was not the freshest, but not bad. The street was great, she was brought and funny, and unobtrusive. Mentioned that I was going to the symphony, and for a 10% discount. Not bad. decent enough place. I'll be back the next time I go to Symphony Hall.

Wise old Italian lady once told me pizza is all about the sauce. We got the deep dish; sauce was amazing. We gotta accommodated even tho the place was pretty busy we had a larger party with no reservations. The staff was friendly and prompt. Decor is filled with the mafia/speak easy connection.
