Just picked up food. Ordered spicy tenders with season fries and a coke. The girl handed me the bag and said "you had mild tenders right" I answered " no, I had spicy tenders". To which she replied "yeah, those are spicy". When I got home of course the tenders were mild, and she knowingly gave me the wrong order. There were no fries, no drink, no napkins. There was a sign taped at the window with bandaids...gross, asking for tips. I will never return. Also the chicken wad not good.

Food is good. Unfortunately this location still is not organized. Two people ahead in line and it took 23 minutes to receive order. Visited this location again and still know improvement. One person in front me. Ordered 14 piece, 10 mild,4 spicy. Employee asked cashier 4 times how many mild and spicy. Ended up with 2 legs and 2 wings for spicy. What happened to the breast and thighs? Sides were placed in take out bag on there sides When I open bag at home had green beans out of container. Like I said only one person in front of and it took 28 mins.to receive order.

If the chicken wasn't so good, I wouldn't come back. Today the person taking my order was not rude. However, that's a rarity at this location. Typically I'm treated very poorly and wait 10-15 minutes for my food. If service improves on future visits, so will my rating.

This is a must for seafood and chicken. The Cajun spices make the seafood and chicken have that distinctive Louisiana style of cooking. The side choices make for a hearty meal. My fave is an order of rice beans and rice with a buttermilk biscuit to top of that hearty fare. Don't forget a tall cup of sweetened tea.

Went there on a Saturday evening. First thing I noticed one of the employee behind the counter all covered in a white powdery substance head to shoes. Looks like he was in a flour fight and lost. He should not have been in the front, I can imagine how the cooking area looked. I bought 14 piece spicy chicken. It took awhile to get my order, the place wasn't even that busy. When I got home and began to eat some of the Chicken was ok and some were not fully cooked. To be honest this was my first bad experience with a Popeyes restaurant. I guess there is a first for everything
